Strategically situated in Banilad High Street, this dual launch enhances the vibrant community living experience at The Pad Co-Living, now complete with two buildings dedicated to both long-term and short-term residents.
Sunset Soirees Rooftop Restaurant: A New Dining Destination
Perched atop The Pad Co-Living’s roof deck, Sunset Soirees Rooftop Restaurant invites Cebuanos and visitors alike to indulge in elevated comfort food and innovative cocktails, all while enjoying a relaxed rooftop ambiance. The restaurant promises a ‘sunset state of mind’—a perfect setting for unwinding with stunning cityscape views.
Sunset Soirees features a curated menu of fusion dishes and local favorites, designed for social gatherings and sunset views. Highlights include their renowned sunset pizzas, juicy burgers, flavorful skewers, pasta creations, and traditional Filipino dishes. The venue can host up to 120 guests and is also available for special events. It’s a child- and pet-friendly spot with a unique “Dip and Dine” experience, thanks to its integrated swimming pool. The cocktail bar comes alive in the evenings, offering a vibrant atmosphere and live music for a memorable night out.

Expanded Accommodations for Short-Stay Residents
Following the success of The Pad Co-Living’s initial building, the development now introduces its second building, designed to accommodate short-stay residents. This new addition features 100 rooms, each able to host up to four guests, ideal for business travelers, backpackers, and transient visitors. Rates start at an affordable PHP 750 per person per night, with breakfast options available.
Guests can access all of The Pad’s amenities, including the swimming pool, rooftop lounge, social kitchen, and laundromat.
